"Family vacation w/ 8 adults & 1 infant. Plenty of room for us all & we enjoyed the foosball & ping pong tables in the garage too. There were a couple of minor things that came up during our stay that were quickly addressed and handled (alarm issue, WiFi kept disconnecting & pool heat). The bushes on both sides of the driveway are overgrown and could limit parking in the driveway if there were 2 vehicles, but it wasn’t an issue for us with just 1.These Oregonian’s were quite pleased to see the alligator in the pond area behind the house as it’s not something we get to see everyday, (for anyone worried about it, we did not have any safety concerns, it kept to itself and stayed away from the house/enclosed back patio area) Overall it was a great value for the . "

"Hot tub and pool were great and heated up fine once we understood the process. Rooms were big a we had plenty of space. The area is a little apart from many restaurants but the local spots were enjoyable. The front office staff were very nice and helpful. They have a really nice workout area in the clubhouse as well."

"Property is as pictured and immaculate. Pool was also very clean. There is plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking equipment to make a meal. Our party of 7 plus 2 small dogs were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again. "

"Was looking for somewhere that wasn’t in the midst of the Orlando traffic - specifically the I4. We weren’t heading to any parks. The location was great as traffic was not bad at all. Easy enough to get around and just a little more laid back. The area was very quiet. House had everything we needed - stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. we had no issues while there and I’m confident that if we had communications would have been smooth - as they were prior to our arrival. Would definitely return if available next time - if not I would definitely return to Aviana. Great pressure in shower and bed was comfortable. Location and the heated spa were the selling features for us and we weren’t disappointed."

"This was the best location for us to visit our Florida families. We have not seen them in many years and this location was half between them all. It was very nice and the home was big and roomy enough for our needs. We drove 20 hours from Oklahoma to be with our brother's 2 daughters and all their family."

"Property is as listed. Rooms were comfortable & cozy, furniture was comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 5 (we were). We all had our own restroom. I'll mention the clubhouse is only open from noon to 4 Mon-Fri to get a parking permit for parking. As for the owners they respond quite promptly & are very generous with their time. Any questions are answered in such a nice manner. I will say remember to bring your own laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper as you only have 1 starter. Be aware there are train tracks behind the house. Not disturbing to us specifically as we are used to that sound. If you are extremely light sleeping this may be a consideration. The trains DO NOT run all night. Only until 11 P.M. at the latest as best as we could determine. Happy we paid for spa heater for the week. The house is as represented. Comfortable stay. Happy Wednesday chose to stay here. Away from the Disney hub bub but close enough to not object to a 30-45 minute drive to get there. "
