"Paying for parking is new and not welcome, and our room was at the front of the hotel and there was more noise than when we have stayed before at the rear of the hotel."

"Easy and friendly check-in. Short walk from the train station. Booked the Ground Floor Superior Room which was felt very deluxe and was spotlessly clean. 5 min walk from Motorpoint Arena would definitely stay again when in the area. My only suggestion is that if you are a light sleeper not to get a ground floor room as was a tad noisy outside and in the corridor."
