The room and view was great. I didn’t have much interaction with staff. We did leave an expensive pair of tennis shoes, we called and they wasn’t found in the room. Ugh. The beach was great!

The room was clean but we did have a roach crawl on the bathroom sink. We did not realize that the rooms we would occupy on the second floor did not have elevator access.
