The stay was for Annime Expo, Close to LA Convention Center. Place clean and the roof top pool was a cool place to unwind

Host Alina has great communication prior to and throughout our stay. Upon arrival everything was a pictures and very clean with everything we needed for our stay. Overall clean, great communication, secure environment and nice bellman.

This loft was amazing - clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, it wasn’t too far from all the sightseeing places we wanted to visit. The parking spot was a great perk. Alina was an excellent host, very responsive and had detailed instructions so our check-in and stay were very smooth. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again if we visit LA again.

Everything was as described in the listing and the host, Alina, was phenomenal to work with. She answered all of my questions very quickly, but overall it was a seamless experience and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking in the downtown LA area

Just finished a great visit to LA while staying at this property. Everything was as listed - excellent location, comfortable bed, easy parking, etc. best of all was the great communication with Alina. Clear, accurate instructions for check-in, parking, roof top, etc. When I had questions she responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing host, ideal location. Fully stocked and listing is accurate. Host was super communicative and accommodating. Came for the LA marathon and it was a perfect space for what I needed. Highly recommend this space for 2-4somes and ideal for small families. Alina is a top-notch host and I would GLADLY stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Great short getaway

We had a wonderful time here for a quick birthday getaway! The loft was spotless and very comfortable, check in and security were great and the area was very walkable. Would definitely recommend!

Alina’s property in LA is gorgeous and she was so kind and easy to work with! We were here to celebrate my granddaughter’s Sweet 16 and this was a perfect location for us. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed to make our stay 5 stars!

A great, cozy apartment in the heart of DTLA. Super responsive host, great building staff and amenities. Having a kitchen and washer and dryer and space for less than a hotel room is amazing! Will stay again!!

Beautiful and Great Location

This property is amazing. Great location within walking distance to everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with us and provided all of the details that we needed. We would definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

Clean and comfortable

The suite was perfect for a family/ work trip. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed, and the host was responsive. The concierge was also very friendly! We would absolutely stay here again.

Alina was a welcoming host. Her place is perfect refuge in the heart of LA. Vibrant downtown nightlife and restaurants right outside the building make it an ideal location. The fact that parking is included makes it an ideal place to stay. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities to make it an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We also got to enjoy the rooftop jacuzzi with awesome views of the city. Alina was very accommodating, helpful and responsive host. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Great apartment and host

This was a wonderful apartment with a very kind, attentive host. She was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment is clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The roof views with pool and hot tub are amazing

Alina and her condo rock!

This was a perfect place to stay when I was in L.A. for a basketball game. Alina was incredibly helpful and responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable. It is also well located with everything around it I walked most everywhere I went. Alina, I will be back!

This condo in downtown LA was great!!! The host has done an amazing job of creating a beautiful oasis in the urban space of LA. Location is really good - there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, groceries (Whole Foods is walkable) nearby. The unit was pristine when we arrived and coffee for the Keurig coffee maker was stocked. The host is really responsive - there was an outage of the TV streaming service and she responded very quickly. The building has been lovingly restored from vintage 1920s LA. The rooftop terrace is beautiful with a lovely pool and lots of lounge chairs around. Nice little workout room on the top floor also. The view from the roof is great - particularly after dark. The parking garage is a great perk - paying for parking (or even finding it) in that area is very difficult. I would highly recommend this condo for a LA getaway, particularly for a couple. The bathroom is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is full stocked with pots, dishes, silverware, etc. Close to Griffith Park and Inglewood stadiums such as SoFi. The host is probably the best host my wife and I have found in using the VRBO app.

Welcome to Relaxation!

My son had an audition for a music program at USC and this condo looked like a great fit for us to relax and enjoy the sites of LA and we were so right. The moment we stepped into the lobby we were greeted by the security staff, super friendly and helpful. The condo did not disappoint, very clean and the decor was perfectly done. We enjoyed the rooftop deck with pool and hot tub, perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and evening skyline was AMAZING! Looking forward to our next visit! Hosts were wonderful to us.

We really enjoyed staying here. We've stayed in alot of vacation rentals, and this was among the best! It was super clean with nice homey touches -- games in the coffee table, basket of pool towels, basket of blankets in the living room, coffee (Keurig) & tea with sugar, and plenty of backup t.p. and paper towels in the closet. Check-in was easy, and the host was very quick and friendly in her communication. We were here for a conference and it was a very doable 20 min. walk to the convention center and hotels. We enjoyed the hot tub on the roof (the pool was open but pretty cold in early April, so we didn't swim). The rooftop was lovely and sunny most days, with nice spaces and lounge chairs. One day I sat with my laptop in one of the nice, large cabanas and got alot of work done while enjoying the LA breezes and views. We were there for a week, but I wish we could have stayed longer to try more of the restaurants nearby. We used the parking space, and that was great to have. Overall, a great stay!
