It is a Keyless Entry therefore, we will send you the code a day before check in and no need to meet in person.

This is a back guest house. No social events allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 7am to be courteous and respect the other units. We love our furry friends but no pets allowed on premises.

If more than 5 guests are found at the property at any time without prior approval, an additional guest fee of $150 will be charged. Unauthorized guests may also result in the reservation being terminated without a refund if the violation is significant or repeated.
