Looking for an alternative to Hilton Torrance as they were completely booked. Hilton-Carson/Long Beach was an excellent choice, great location in walking distance to Starbucks, Subway and other area amenities, very safe, excellent counter assistance and of course, the warm chocolate chip cookie at night.

Convenient location, just off the freeway and close to a small plaza of shops and restaurants across the street. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits, scrambled eggs, breads/muffins, and fruit juices. Coffee served by attentive staff.

The staff is AMAZING. From the front desk to the house keeping, so amazing. very communicative and customer service was top tier. 10/10. the room itself had some wear and tear but nothing terrible, couple stains on walls. Honestly perfect location from Crypto arena & Sofi stadium! had a great stay.

Staff was great! We especially liked the warm chocolate chip cookie at check in . The restaurant on site was delicious. I recommend the burger!! We only stayed for one night so we could catch a cruise ship the next day. Definitely coming back.

Our first night, our bathroom flooded. Called the front desk and the young man stated he couldn't move us because they were fully booked which was understood. The staff was very helpful, the $20 a night per car parking was not specified beforehand and that would.have been nice because the impression was that it was included in the nightly rate. The shower head was noylt sealed and was spraying water to the ceiling above the toilet, the towel drying hook was halfway pulled out, the toilet paper holder was halfway off also. Breakfast was also $26 per person for overcooked scrambled eggs, flimsy bacon and sausage, yogurt, and toast, lacking any waffle or french toast. Not worth it

Everything was really nice- However 25$ breakfast not worth it- passion fruit juice was made from powder orange juice was not your fresh it was subpar, the tax and tip about $33 for breakfast - way too much, this hotel needs to make breakfast free as it is or if you charge $25 then better selection of food & improve the quality! Otherwise I am recommending it also hand a way of letting people use plates cups utensils since there’s a mini fridge & some people would like to warm up left overs
