Living & Dining: An open-concept living room that flows seamlessly into the kitchen. The living area includes a sofa bed and a movable TV, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests.
Amenities: Guests have full access to all living essentials inside the house. The washer and dryer are located in a shared area and are completely free for guests to use.
House Rules & Visitor Policy
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and maintain good terms with our neighbors, please strictly adhere to the following policies:
Occupancy & Visitors: The total number of guests must not exceed the number confirmed in your reservation. Overnight stays for unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. All visitors (including daytime visitors) must be approved by the host in advance and must leave by 11:00 PM. Unapproved overnight guests will incur a penalty fee of $100 USD per night, and your reservation may be canceled immediately without a refund.
Parking: Only one car per reservation is permitted to park in the backyard. The shared driveway/parking area accommodates up to 3 cars total; please maintain a safe distance from other vehicles to ensure smooth entry/exit and avoid scratches. If you choose to park on the street, you are responsible for obtaining your own overnight parking permit.
Quiet Hours: Per city regulations, quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep voices down and refrain from playing loud music during this time to maintain neighborhood peace.
No Smoking & No Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Due to hygiene and allergen concerns, we have a strict no-pet policy.
No Parties or Events: Gathering outside guests for parties, events, or disruptive gatherings is strictly forbidden. The courtyard and outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for registered guests and approved visitors, and must be kept clean at all times. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refund.
