"The room was clean I’ll give them that. The front desk staff was less than pleasant and double wall of bullet proof glass should have been my first clue. The property is old and in need of renovation. Jacuzzi didn’t work at all. Our room had a patio that overlooked the indoor pool which basically meant listening to kids scream in an enclosed echoing way while we tried to sleep. Tv never would connect to the internet so we ended up using our hotspot & then sign into Netflix on our own account otherwise no tv. The Panda Express behind us had an AI monitored camera that yelled out at you if you stood in the parking lot for more than 10 minutes. Oh and breakfast….ridiculous! We ate elsewhere. Never again!"

"The house was very homely, we was able to relax and enjoy our stay. The back patio was beautiful with a water fountain with large gold fish in it. The bedrooms were very nice and well made. The 3rd bedroom had a fold out bed with a great mattress. (I slept good)Kitchen had all the amenities as stated and even more.Elias was a great host and replied to our questions.Hopefully the next time we stay it will be for a vacation not business. My coworkers and I have this place flagged for next time we return to ABQ. Location was easy to find and the neighborhood was pleasant. "

"I had trouble opening my messages in the app and did not have the gate code. A simple solution would have been an answer to the voice mail or 2 text messages asking for the code, but that did not happen. I was eventually able to get to my messages and retrieve the code. The condo is okay and while right on a busy street, it is a good location. "

"Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side. The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled. The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever drug, was passed out at the bus stop directly in front of the motel, as I walked by in the morning. I stopped to be sure he was still breathing. Don't stay here, because it really seems unsafe. The office staff assured me it is, showed me the security cameras they have, but whenever I walked by, no one was attending to them-perhaps they have more of them in a private place they have there beyond the office. The staff was nice. I am sorry to leave such a bad review, but I think these things needed to be said for someone to make a decision about staying here or not. "

"Generally speaking, this was a decent place to stay. It was clean and quiet, and spacious (with an inexplicable amount of unused space). The property was quite chilly at the time of arrival, and there is no thermostat in the house to enable guests to adjust the temperature to their comfort. It took a phone call and a message to the host to learn what to do regarding the chilliniess. She did respond—eventually—but it took about 2 hours to get a call back. Just to add a little insult to injury, I received two “rules of the rental” messages from the host before she ever returned my messages about the temperature issue. From my perspective, if she had the time to send those “rules” messages, she should have been able to reply to my inquiry. So overall, it was an okay stay but I probably would not want to stay at this property (or any other property run by this host) in the future. "
