"Stayed here on a girl's trip for a birthday. Stayed in a wemmune suite on a rainy november weekend. The location was excellent and convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, just the right amount of softness, not your typical hard hotel bed. Breakfast was okay, typical scrambled eggs sausage patty et cetera, you can't be included. All the rooms facing to the courtyard was lovely. The hot tub was a good temperature and clean. Everything considered.I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again."

"Wow what a great stay! Our room was immaculately clean and smelled so fresh as soon as we walked in. We had a handicap room with two queen beds and there was plenty of room for us to manuver around. There was a very clean raised tub with a shower with a handicap rail. The vanity was a nice touch the refrigerator and microwave came in very handy for storing leftovers (CJ's Cafe is the best ever for breakfast) and reheating our meals. The Cable TV and free Wifi were excellent! I cannot praise enough the owner and staff on their professional and personal treatment it was most definitely the best I have ever had. I have stayed in all types of establishments some great, some good and some bad with pricing ranging all over the map. I have to say without hesitation that the Arroyo Village Inn is in the Great category due to its pricing, cleanliness and customer treatment. I will stay here every-time I am back in this area."

"Clean room "

"I chose this property for the "home base" for my wedding weekend and to host a family brunch because it looked gorgeous in the pictures, and boy I was not wrong! It took us a little while to figure out which house it was, it turned out to be the guest house of the main address, and we weren't sure where to park because we hadn't found the right directions in the app yet but we got there! It was like being the king of the hill in Tuscany, the kind of house you only dream of. Sky high ceilings, a view for days, designer kitchen appliances integrated into the cabinetry, expansive bathroom, and fluffy beds. There is no catfish effect here, we were in awe from the first moment. If that weren't enough, the hosts were extremely communicative and generous beyond belief, leaving a kind and thoughtful gift in the fridge of a modest charcuterie spread and bottle of wine! They were also flexible on parking space and checkin/out times, which was a huge blessing because most of our guests were from out of state. We could not have asked for a better experience staying in this house and we would love it if we were able to come back every year "

"It was a a great stay for us for two days. The area around was okay and safe, and the walk to town and the town itself were fantastic. The property itself was also great. We loved the little touches, such as all the extra towels and blankets, and the whole drawer full of coffee accompaniments. I would suggest a full shower in both bathrooms, instead of only a bathtub in one. Also, there were a couple of short instances of loud noise from upstairs, but not enough to forgo renting again. The hostess, Madison, was very responsive and attentive and answered all of our questions and concerns quickly. We look forward to returning soon!"
