"This was one of the newly refurbished rooms. The shower was a good size with decent pressure. Effective black out curtains, new double glazed windows and a large TV. I am a terrible sleeper but for the first time in years, I was able to sleep all night without a sore back when I woke up. If I could afford one, I could do with one of those mattresses at home. I must give a special mention to Lorraine. Very attentive and professional, from the point I called to confirm the booking, to when we departed"

"Really loved my room and the lighting, layout, comfort etc. Was alone so guess that could make a difference though re sharing a bed that you can only get out of one way. There was a bit of mould in the shower which let the appearance down a bit and I was a bit worried about slipping on the floor in the main bedroom after my shower (it may be that the floor is non-slip but it didn't feel like it was). But would I stay here again? Every time if i was on my own and could afford it! Well done Citizen M - you're currently my favourite hotel (next to Reverb by Hard Rock in Atlanta!)"

Clean, spacious, comfy bed, complementary snacks and beverages in-room, plenty of outlets and usb ports, friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage, amazing location near subway stop and the train, shopping/restaurants. You have found the hotel to stay at in Glasgow, this is it! 5⭐️"
