"Awful. We stayed here a few years ago and it was great. We stayed Friday night and it was awful. It was £100 for the night. The bathroom was disgusting. There was a boiler that woke us up every twenty minutes in the night with loud rattling and pipe noises and the ‘continental’ breakfast was embarrassing. Rice crispies, hovis bread and 49p jam with the price still on it. We complained and were told no one was available and they would contact us in a few hours. It’s now two days later and we have messaged and emailed."
