"-We were very impressed with the communication with the host and the property manager. Questions were answered almost immediately and we appreciated all the instructions and information they provided about the island and the departure process at the airport.-The home, like so many places on the island, is way beyond the first impression from the outside. It is extremely well decorated and appointed with all the best appliances and furnishings. And the views from the all-glass back are stunning. We were traveling with another couple and found the living space to be very comfortable and quiet.-We had a great time and are anxious to return!"

"Jack was super! The house was well stocked. He responded quickly to any issues. The mattresses were so comfortable and this is so important to us! The location is great, a perfect home base for exploring and returning to a gorgeous sunset and relaxing pool. The views are incredible. Highly recommend Jack and his properties!"

"Amazing place! Spent 5 nights at Bella Vista and will absolutely be back! Mike and Roseann were amazing hosts, you wont find anyone who communicates at a higher level. Always quick to respond, make a recommendation, or just giving you a daily weather report. Took kids with us (9 & 2) and it was the perfect location. Access to the water was incredible, and we saw sea turtles daily! Located 3 minutes from town for anything you’ll need. Truly no complaints! Book it now, you wont regret it!"

"We had a great time and the view was gorgeous! We had 11 ladies and never felt cramped at all. This house was very spacious. There were a few minor wear and tear broken things in the house that I reported, and I feel confident they will repair these things. We loved the pool & pool view, and the small beach was beautiful, Getting down to the beach at the last step of the steps leading to the beach, could be a little hard for those with bad knees. We were able to comfortably float in the ocean 4 days of our stay. It was calm most days, like a pool, but a little rougher 2 of our days! This house is close to Pretty Molly Bay and the Tropic of Cancer beach which were also beautiful:) I will say we did not take the Kayaks out. We did not have men with us, so trying to get them down to the beach, and then back up to the house, would have been a heavy, awkward job for us to conquer! We hope to visit again one day to this place of paradise!"

"Wow! What a beautiful place!! We loved every moment. Easy check in and great communication In fact, they go above and beyond for you!! Jack and Kay were amazing. There isn’t anything negative we have to say!! Shipwreck had everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, filtered water, air conditioning, and all the kitchen utensils to kayaks!! Jack and Kay communicated very well and were responsive (within minutes). Kay, thank you so very much . You went above and beyond. We will be back and we will let others know about your place!! Until next time."
