"We were pleased to learn that the hotel did listen to our request for a more quiet, ocean view room. We got exactly what we wanted in a room space! Thank you. Staff - A+ (kind and attentive) Food - B (freshness and variety) Amenities - C- (needs updating) Hotel/Restaurants - C (needs remodel/upgrades Beach Area - A+ (better than much higher priced hotels in the area! Great 2mile walking beach. Beware of Spring Break! This property is worth the money if you enjoy food and lounging on a beautiful beach. "

"It would be great if the balcony floor could be washed daily. It was very dirty from wind and sand. Everything else was great!"

"Problems from beginning to end. First 3 days we didn't have hot water. I informed the front desk each time we left the room for the day with the promise it would be fixed but wasn't until day 3. We tried the on site restaurant the first night but waited over an hour for food. Then the second to last night we had issues with the toilet not flushing and found BLOODWORMS in the toilet tank. Called down and they sent someone to clean it and fix the flushing mechanism but the next day the worms were back. I went and talked to the front desk who finally offered to move us but it getting the last night I asked for them to just clean the toilet and tank again. I was promised some sort of compensation for the issue but so far nothing. Overall a poor experience."

"Too expensive for what quality of food you’re getting, the 18% auto tip for every purchase, even something at the conscience store left me with a really bad taste in my mouth and hole in wallet."
