"The hotel was definitely convenient to Long Branch. We did have a few problems with our room. The TV in the living room didn’t work and neither did the shower. I asked Jarret at the front desk if they could move us and before he gave us another room he went to check that everything was working. He was wonderful. The AC wasn’t great. The living room was cold and the bedroom was warm, they did provide us with a fan which did help. We saw that they were changing the AC units but unfortunately not before we left. Even though we had those problems the staff was so helpful and I would definitely stay there again."
