"The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and location was good (close to a Main Street and tube/buses). The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. The bathroom felt the size of an airplane bathroom with an added standup shower. Also, they don’t clean rooms or change towels unless requested. ..."

"Just awful. Incredibly hot. Tiny plasticky en suite. Dark corridors. Loud tv’s in rooms. It was simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in London. At 11pm I decided that I wasn’t comfortable at all and booked another hotel nearby and left."
