  • Welcome to my chic, large self contained studio flat in one of London's most desirable locations.

    It is a first floor flat (second floor US), quiet, bright, modern, fully-equipped and well-presented, making it suitable for both short and longer term stays.

    The flat has light, maple wooden floor in the living areas and large sash windows giving it lots of light. There’s a double bed and a large wardrobe. The look of flat is modern, uncluttered and stylish. There are three leather dining chairs, dining table and TV table and computer desk. The kitchen is separate, fully fitted and well equipped with everything you might need to cook during your stay. A washing machine/tumble dryer is also available in the flat for your use, as is high speed wi-fi internet. All bed linens and towels are provided.

    I will be in the local area during your visit so I am happy to interact and provide any information you may require so that you can relax and enjoy your time in London.

    The flat benefits from superb transport facilities beginning with a bus stop to the City and the West End outside the front door. We are just 5 minutes' walk from Kentish Town Underground and Gospel Oak Overground stations, and a couple of stops away to the main and international railway lines, Euston and Kings Cross St Pancras for Eurostar.

    For leisure time, the iconic Parliament Hill lookout, with its magnificent London views, leading to Hampstead Heath is a gentle stroll away. There are fine bars and restaurants galore in Kentish Town and in nearby Highgate, starting with the local, Vine and the popular family-run Rosella restaurant across the street.

Dee is a great host who communicates well and tries to accommodate you as best she can. The flat is in a great area with close connection to the bus and underground, with the lovely Hampstead Heath area and park nearby. Perfect and comfortable stay for 2 people!

My wife and I loved our time here. Dee met us at the flat and gave us a quick overview of the amenities and a variety of places to eat or visit in the area. It was convenient to get to the Underground station.One of the things we wanted was a kitchen so we could do breakfast in and the flat's kitchen worked out great for us. There are a variety of little markets nearby to buy groceries.We both would stay here again if we ever had back to London.

This is our go to when visiting family in the area. Dee is a fabulous host and has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The flat is clean and cheerful, and I appreciate how it is so quiet and peaceful - perfect after a busy day. Dee is easy to communicate with and goes the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay.

We had a lovely stay visiting family in the area. The flat is very comfortable, clean, and quiet with everything we needed. The host is exceptionally thoughtful and easy to communicate with. She even left us treats and fruit upon arrival. Great neighborhood and public transit.

Amazing London Location—hip yet quiet.

We loved our stay in Kentish Town! This was the perfect home base for our London adventures (and even a day trip to Dover). If we’re ever in London, we will definitely be back!

Amazing stay

Wonderful stay

We had a perfect stay while visiting family in the area. The flat is peaceful, clean, and quiet, in a great neighborhood. Dee is an excellent host who has thought of everything for a perfect stay - adding kind touches such as coffee and fresh fruit upon arrival. The decor is lovely with beautiful art. We look forward to returning!

Nice studio with great location

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a short walk to the National line which had easy connections to the rest of London. I felt safe walking back from station at night.The studio was the perfect size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfy and the unit was spotless.

A bright, well located comfortable flat

This was my third stay in this flat. It is sunny, very well designed, and the location is excellent for transport. The proximity of Hampstead Heath is a major bonus.

Amazing host

We had a lovely stay in Kentish Town. The host kept checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Our favourite breakfast spot was the Saint Espresso Cafe, and it's a quick one stop to Camden Town.

Great stay!

Great property! Sparkling clean, bright and airy, nice amount of space for two people, comfortable bed and good sized kitchen. Very kind and easy to connect with host. Happy to have stayed and would gladly return. Book with confidence!

Kentish Town Studio Flat

A bright and clean studio flat. My husband and I found it perfect for our needs. Well equipped kitchen. Nice quiet neighbourhood. The host was very gracious and helpful. Our 8 day stay was very enjoyable

Wonderful flat

Great little flat, comfortable, very clean, cozy. Super helpful and thoughtful host. Flat was stocked with food on arrival (huge bowl of fruit, milk and juice, etc). Convenient location with short walk to tube. Highly recommend.

I have stayed here quite a few times. The comfort and excellent design of the flat remain drawcards, along with the location - close to the Heath without the tourist driven prices of Hampstead and very good transport and local cafes. Host is responsive I was struggling with the key box and a quick call sorted this in five minutes. It is a suntan, which is great most of the year in London. However, during the recent heatwave it got quite hot by late afternoon. A cross breeze cooled it by late evening and well into the morning. I understand air conditioning is on order and this would make a real difference if these spells of temperatures in the 30s continue. It remains very good value for money.

Stay in London

We stayed in the flat for a week visiting London. The place was perfect for two people and we found everything we needed and more. There is a bus stop in front of the house and we took the bus every day to go to the center. Dee gave us excellent suggestions as to where to eat and what to visit. I would highly recommend the place: great location, very clean, very well equipped and a great host.

Bright calm apartment

This is a lovely, bright, and calm flat. It's nicely arranged and well supplied. Dee even left milk and oj in the fridge for me - very much appreciated!

Great place!

Very convenient place for people who want to serv themselves by making food, loundry etc. Nice neighborhood, easy to get to with public transport, lots of shops around to buy supplies, nice big park in few minutes walk. Clean and quiet apartment, well equipped kitchen, natural light. Attentive hostess (also very nice person), very easy to communicate with. We had a great time there!

Lovely studio

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-maintained crisp studio. Lots of natural light floods the apartment through large windows supplemented with good lighting and good ventilation. Communication was excellent and check-in was seamless. Fresh flowers on the table and fresh fruit were appreciated bonuses.

My stay in Dorota's place was great. The flat is bright, clean and comfortable - exactly as advertised. The kitchen is well outfitted, though I only did minimal cooking there. Dorota kindly left some fruit and some milk in the fridge. She was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. For me, the location is about perfect. You are 5 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath - so, great walks and a farmer's market on Saturdays - and 5 to 10 minutes to the closest Tube station (with a bus stop right outside the flat as well). So, you can be up in an active but less touristy part of the city and still get into shows, etc. really easily. Overall, I would highly recommend Dorota's flat.
