"I don’t know where to start with this review! I’d booked a “comfort room” for a 5 day business trip to London. This room seemed good - private bathroom, separate seating area, even a “city view”. Seemed good. I had to step over a pile of black bin bags to get through the front door, which didn’t bode well. The room, at the very top of the building, had a strange musty smell. "No external sign on arrival - I was ringing random doorbells. Shown to a room no bigger than a cupboard, dirty and dusty, with a huge hole over the door leading to the hallway, covered only by a curtain. Host said the shared bathroom was downstairs, barked out the codes to the flimsy keypad locks on the doors, and promptly disappeared before I could consider complaining.
