"The cottage was perfect. The location was beautiful and the garden was lovely to sit in. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were helpful instructions for everything and Gareth was at hand if we needed anything else. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon."

"Absolutely beautiful place, 5 stars in every way. Lovely friendly host, spacious and very clean house, great location just 10 mins walk from whistling sands and close to lots of other beautiful beaches plus the coastal path. Surrounded by fields and cows with stunning views and great for the sunset. Our kids loved the safe enclosed garden and walking to the beach. We’d love to go back, thank you so much!"

"Overall stay was nice. Only issue was the piece of wood art above the bed. Was full off cobwebs and spider's. Im chronic asthmatic and this wasnt ideal for me with the dust. I cleaned it myself . "

"Lovely house in a great location. Peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space. Garden and covered hot tub are a great added feature. Kitchen is a good size and well equipped featuring a range cooker that made it easy to serve 7. The dining area is perfect for a group with 2 large tables. The house is cosy and warm. The beds and sofas could do with being replaced and some added TLC around the property for a more premium experience and the showers don’t have the greatest of pressure. All in all for...

Bryn Noddfa
8/10 Good
"Firstly Kirsty (although not the owner) is so lovely so friendly and a GREAT chef! We can’t speak highly enough of Kirsty she is a credit to the hotel. Our dog Buddy loved his breakfast sausage also each morning and we loved our breakfast another huge positive for the breakfast here. The dining area / communal seating area appeared very dated and could do with a face lift / refresh. The shower was extremely small in the room we stayed in, but overall it was a pleasure to stay here, we felt safe, we had a comfy bed and as mentioned Kirsty was so lovely looking after us during our time here Very close to Nefyn Golf club which is literally incredible - great views for dog walking and an unbelievable place to play golf. Shops, beach and pub also close by, safe and free parking and just a great reasonably priced place to stay in the north of Wales"
Crowrach - sleeps 7 guests in 3 bedrooms
8/10 Good
"Our first Llyn visit although we live further south in Wales. We loved Crowrach’s location tho it wasn’t until day 3 that the weather cleared and we saw the views for the first time - out early in our PJs with the camera! We’re not people who sit down much but I’d been looking forward to sitting on the big L-shaped sofa with the pouffe since I saw the photo and it was an absolute joy. Our final afternoon was spent on said sofa, reading and watching the clouds chase over the mountains. Heaven! We slept in the giant super-king bed which was really comfy. It would be good to have a blanket in the cupboard in case of need. As we have a dog, we always bring throws when we go away so we were fine and the cottage itself was nicely warm. We usually cook when away (it saves finding a dog-friendly evening eaterie) and there was plenty of equipment for that. It was nice to see several dishwasher tablets provided. There are just a few little things that we thought would be useful additions in the cottage: Washing-up bowl Bathroom towel rail Smaller cushion pads for the dining chairs (they drove us a bit mad!) Salt and oil in the kitchen (we bring loads of provisions but not those. There was black pepper, thank you). Books! Of course we bring our own but how we missed finding books to browse…it’s usually one of our great treats in a holiday cottage and bookshops are hard to find on the Llyn. Pwhelli’s charity shops were the best option we could find. These are all minor things and outweighed by how comfy everything was. Crowrach is a super base for exploring the peninsula and of course walking to Abersoch or Porth Ceiriad. Dog-owners, note there is a poo-bin just along the road to Ceiriad when you turn out of Crowrach’s track, on the right. A wonderful break overall and we would happily return to Crowrach. I’m still dreaming about sitting on that sofa!"

10/10 Excellent
"Guy is a great host. The communication and information provided was excellent. The property was warm and cosy on arrival. The beds super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, and included a bottle of wine, milk and biscuits, which were gratefully received. We loved the location and hearing the waves at night. Overall a great value, warm, clean and spacious place to stay. We will be looking to book again !"
5* Luxury Welsh stone Long Cottage with magnificent panoramic views
10/10 Excellent
"The property is peaceful and very scenic, there are lovely views out of almost every window. The property was spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen extension is amazing we lived in there whilst at the cottage. The beds were very comfortable and the bath and shower had plenty of hot water. The garden was well enclosed for 2 labradors, although they weren't too sure about the cows!We had a slight issue with the kettle but Jenny was most helpful and we got it sorted with no fuss. You do have quite a drive to get to main roads but the views and peace make it very worthwhile."
GORGEOUS SPACIOUS FAMILY HOUSE IN THE CENTRE OF ABERSOCH
10/10 Excellent
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gwynfa House. We were two families of four and found the property to be really spacious, with different living areas, so everyone found it really comfortable. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds and the pillows meant we had great sleeps. We were really pleased with the size of the garden and to have this so close to the beach was more than we expected. We hadn't realised just how close to the beach the house was, the kids loved going down there after our evening meal. Abersoch centre was also only two minutes away, which was a bonus!Virginia was a great host who provided lots of detail about the house and directions for getting there. We would thoroughly recommend staying here and look forward to returning soon."
