"An ideal location right in center of the busy city. Ideal for a short-stay where location is paramount. The hotel has a very stripped back approach - no windows, no TV. That might not be right for a longer stay and I must admit that a kettle would have been good for a morning cip of tea, but for our purposes this was ideal."

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive—especially meaningful as it was our first visit to London. Their professionalism and classy service truly made our trip memorable. "Hotel is very convenient for Tube, near to Euston and central London, bedrooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Only downside was Check-in, not enough staff and long queues, took us about an hour standing in a queue that moved very slowly."

"The restaurant is beautiful, calm and serene side. Our room was beautiful (king bed plus a sofa bed) and well cared for when we asked for housekeeping. The staff is impeccable and very attentive. Everything was amazing and we will return. "
