Was on the phone to customer service for over an hour with no help, got passed through to vrbo again with no help. Have sent multiple emails complaining with no resolution after almost a week. Demand a full refund for the accommodation we were unable to get into and unable to stay in!!!’"

"Nice flat, good facilties, very central location. Only issue is its directly above Sgt Peppers bar so the music goes on until 1am and the bass does shake the flat. I didnt mind but if you are a light sleeper take some ear plugs."
