"The property was alright itself. host needs to set correct checkin times. when I booked it said 11am but when we arrived host said 3pm. He did let us in, but the initial back and fkward was not something I really needed: especially after a long trip. When it comes to communication I was lacking. I didn't have any check in information sent before arrivak, and when I tried sending him a message through hotels.com I still haven't had a reply till date. "There were several takeaways nearby, and a cafe but otherwise not much shopping. A small co-op about 15 minutes walk away and a mini sainsburys 20 minutes walk. On the other hand the bus stop was right outside and the tram stop only 5 minutes walk so easy to get to the city centre. But the key problem was communication with the owners.
