The apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessed via a private entrance hall. Entrance into the main building is using a key from the key safe. Entrance into the apartment is via a security code which will be made available 24 to 48 hours prior to the arrival of the guest.
The bedroom and living room is flooded with natural light and furnished beautifully with a dining table for four, sofa and a beautiful designer floor lamp with a charcoal finish. The open plan kitchen and living area has a beautiful grey oak floor running through out.
The open plan living kitchen area boasts an excellent range of white urban gloss units and drawers with ample of preparation surfaces. The kitchen includes a four-ring gas hob with stainless steel oven beneath and a free-standing fridge/freezer.

The property benefits from other key landmarks within 10 to 15 minutes’ drive, such as Anfield Stadium, Everton Football Club Stadium, The Royal University Hospital, University of Liverpool, Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, Wavertree Botanic Garden, Sefton Park, popular historic museums, Liverpool Cathedral and Liverpool Central Library. BE A GREAT GUEST - Previous guests return the house in the same clean state as provided. We would appreciate this from you too.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside away from the house and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside.
No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
Please no pets allowed in the house.
NO LOUD MUSIC - Music and TV volume MUST be limited so it cannot be heard through the walls into our neighbour’s apartment. The apartment is monitored for noise.
For accessing the iron and iron board, the customer will have to message us and we will be able to give them the codes to the central cupboard where they are stored.
No events or parties are permitted.
Take off your shoes and feel comfy.
Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight.
BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger item we organise a replacement.
