"Came just for couple days away for husband birthday. Ideal location and carpark discount a bonus. Room was good but think need new mattress as felt bit lumpy. It didn’t affect my stay. Room was clean but personally I thought colours a bit dark. Staff was lovely and polite "

"It was REALLY cool. Cool is the key word. It's a Grade II historic building converted from the Royal Insurance building. It's comfortable with great bathrooms and a nice lounge, the staff is lovely. The rooms are large with enormous windows and really high ceilings, but if you're expecting a standard new hotel room layout this isn't for you. It was 100% for me. "
