"They charged me double and now have to wait to figure it tomorrow, and the hot tub was very cold and the jets didn’t work."

"First thing I noticed was Expedia over rated the property resulting in booking a property I regretted. The entry area to the room needed cleaning and maintenance. We opened the door to the room, the window was open and air conditioner was running set at 65. There was a bad smell in the room so it appeared they were trying to air out the room. We had to leave to see family. I received a email from Super 8 asking if there was anything they could help with. I responded with the smell in the room. Never got a response. We got back to the hotel after 8:00. I went right to where we checked in and told the gal about the room. I asked her to go smell the room. She said she was the only one there and couldn’t leave. I asked for another room. She said she there wasn’t another room available. She said she would let her manager know. I went back to the room and now noticed how dirty and beat up the room was. Dust on every flat surface except counter height. Split dirty moulding in the bathroom. Drain plug pulled out. Stained tub and shower curtain. Dusty light fixtures. Smoke detector missing. Minimal breakfast. We got up early and left. No one at the counter when I dropped off keys. Does Expedia look at prperties????"

"Honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. We showed up and over an hour past check in and there wasn’t a room ready. We had to switch from a single queen to a double full room because they didn’t know when a queen would be ready. The blankets were super old and not very comfortable at all. Beds weren’t comfortable at all, hardly any towels, no wash clothes and when we got an extra towel it had a huge hole in it. People were constantly smoking right outside the side door by our room so leaving always sucked, the door was broken so people had to leave a piece of paper to keep it from locking to get into the building. The room above ours had someone basically stomping around half the night. Nothing was outwardly dirty but stained. At one point when I walked in but didn’t need help the person at the front desk basically said “oh good” when I said I didn’t need help. Like I would have been burdening her. It was just over all not a good experience at all. If you are looking for just a bed to sleep on for a night for cheap it works but if you want to be comfortable and enjoy a stay I wouldn’t stay here."

"Comfortable and spacious room. Good water pressure and wide variety of pillows to choose from. Breakfast was great with a diy parfait station, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and more to choose from. Water park is very clean and well run. Great options for littles and adults alike. Quiet rooms too."

"Outside the hotel needs some cement work done on porch supports. The room I had was clean and nice. The floor on the second floor was soft in front of the elevator; Breakfast is not included, just coffee. The hotel was nice, but in need of repairs by the owner. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
