"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Exuma. The house and layout were perfect for our two families, with multiple seating areas and plenty of outdoor spaces to relax, spread out, and enjoy the incredible surroundings.The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying meals together. The kids absolutely loved the sport court, which was a great bonus and kept them entertained throughout our stay.Communication with Rodman was excellent. He was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish.The location of the property is truly special. The beach the house sits on is absolutely magical, and the water is incredible—exactly what you hope for when visiting the Exumas.We had an amazing time and made some great memories here. We would absolutely stay again!"

"Honestly the best vacation home I've ever booked. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with essentials, any kind of pots, pans, utensils, small cooking electronics you could need was there. They also had everything you would need for pool time, snorkeling, kayaking. Bug spray, coolers of all sizes available, sunscreen. It was so nice! Also CLEAN, I'm a cleaner by trade so this is something I naturally notice. The place was just so nice. Felt very private, perfect for our anniversary. Bed was comfy too! I had to check the brand to buy for myself. First aid kit was there. Towels, games. I hope to stay again. The host was great at communicating how to get there, what to do, and what to expect. He gave a lot of little info that became very useful for a smooth and comfortable stay. Recommended good things to do and places to eat. Highly highly highly recommend this host and property!"

"Couldn’t possibly beat the location, the view from the upper patio was incredible. In the description it states it’s a 9 minute drive to the beach, which is inaccurate, it’s quite literally only a 30 second walk to TOC beach. The house was conveniently stocked with just about everything you would need, especially considering the drive into town. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property!"

"We had a great time and the view was gorgeous! We had 11 ladies and never felt cramped at all. This house was very spacious. There were a few minor wear and tear broken things in the house that I reported, and I feel confident they will repair these things. We loved the pool & pool view, and the small beach was beautiful, Getting down to the beach at the last step of the steps leading to the beach, could be a little hard for those with bad knees. We were able to comfortably float in the ocean 4 days of our stay. It was calm most days, like a pool, but a little rougher 2 of our days! This house is close to Pretty Molly Bay and the Tropic of Cancer beach which were also beautiful:) I will say we did not take the Kayaks out. We did not have men with us, so trying to get them down to the beach, and then back up to the house, would have been a heavy, awkward job for us to conquer! We hope to visit again one day to this place of paradise!"

"Wow! What a beautiful place!! We loved every moment. Easy check in and great communication In fact, they go above and beyond for you!! Jack and Kay were amazing. There isn’t anything negative we have to say!! Shipwreck had everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, filtered water, air conditioning, and all the kitchen utensils to kayaks!! Jack and Kay communicated very well and were responsive (within minutes). Kay, thank you so very much . You went above and beyond. We will be back and we will let others know about your place!! Until next time."

"We stayed 5 days at the property. Unfortunately the restaurant on site was not open. You are close to everything. Grocery store and Liquor store across the street. The place is clean and the AC kicks! The boat ride to Coconuts or Baymahni was every hour on the hour right at the dock. They are doing some remodeling and hopefully they are able to open it all up again. Over all we LOVED the room!"
