"This truly is a slice of paradise! This was our first trip to Exuma to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This home is perfectly placed, stocked and cleaned!When I first booked, I reached out to the host to add a day, no issue! Then halfway through our stay, my husband and I found a way to stay one more day, contacted host again, not an issue! This place is laid out nicely if you like to cook dinner while hanging out watching movies. The 2 bedrooms are perfectly split by the bathroom. The closets have extra linens, towels, and ALL the beach gear you'd need. Chairs, floaties, beach towels. A lot of thought has been put into this home for you to enjoy your time! Read their log book! So much great info, I'm not kidding! Literally everything you need to know! We got up early to watch the sunrise, went throughout the island to visit other beaches and almost every night watched the sunset. It's really neat spot to be able to catch both. Let me tell you this: You are going to fall in love. You are going to try and figure out a way to live on this island forever. You are going to love the beaches, the people, the food, the drinks and find yourself trying to figure out how you can find conch salad back in your boring state. I joke, but this is truly a magical spot and if I'm ever so lucky enough to make it back, I want to stay at this exact spot."

"We were met by the Kay and she had stocked our refrigerator with all the things requested. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The access to the beach was wonderful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided as well. Jack was great at answering all of my questions….and trust me I had a lot. He gave great suggestions and resources to help the trip to so smoothly! It is truly a piece of paradise and I would definitely stay there again!!"

"Loved this home. It was very clean and beautiful! The pool was so nice to have and we really enjoyed it! They had tons of floats and beach chairs and an umbrella all available for us to use! They had a speaker for the beach too, we brought our own but would not have if we would have known! The house is fully stocked with anything we needed for cooking. We really enjoyed our stay at La Dolce Vita. My only draw back was communication with the company that manages the house. We never had great communication and every response was answered with a link to a website. We have been to Exuma 4 times and it was just very impersonal to me and not very helpful."

Papaya House Exuma on Spectacular Beach

"Oh, my goodness. The Papaya House is a fantastic property! It’s located on Love Beach with only 4 other properties, so it’s essentially like being on a private beach. The house is clean and has every amenity imaginable for a beach vacation: soft cooler, hard cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, floats, etc. The house has a brand-new washer and dryer, and the beds are comfortable. It really was a heavenly vacation, and we could not have imagined a better location. Oh, and Onike is wonderful! She’s responsive, helpful, and did whatever she could to make sure that we were good."
