"La propiedad es hermosa, la alberca es enorme y siempre está muy limpia y el hotel no se diga está hermoso, tiene una playa muy bonita y la área es muy tranquila 😍😍 Lo único malo es el staff, algunos son muy lentos para llevar los alimentos otros no te quieren atender y eso que uno les da una buena propina y ellos con su cara de enojados"

"Overall had a great stay. Staff was amazing. Had issue with vermin in room upon arrival but was able to get new room promptly. No issues after that. Food was okay. Beautiful pools and beach. We enjoyed ourselves."

The bell staff was so helpful and cheerful. The entertainment crew was high energy and made the experience top-notch."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a very good experience at the Rio Palace Hotel in Jamaica. The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay there again. However, I was disappointed with one part of my experience. When I booked my package through Expedia, the package indicated that airport transportation/transfer from the airport to the hotel was included. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the airport, the transfer was not provided, and I had to arrange transportation myself. This was frustrating because I had specifically chosen the package expecting the airport transfer to be included. I hope Expedia and the hotel can improve the communication and coordination of the transportation included in these packages. Other than the transfer issue, I had a very good stay and enjoyed the Resort🇯🇲🥰🙏"
