"Great House with a Few Drawbacks.The house is very spacious and well equipped - everything you need is available. The pool ist fantastic and was definitely a highlight. The location is also good: Caen is relatively close, and the beach in Cabourg is easy to reach and highly recommended. "I didn't realize this was a micro apartment with sofa bed. Perhaps my bad - I didn't look at listing closely enough. I now understand that "studio" in Europe means sofa bed. I think a lot of time and money was spent to make this micro apartment smart and efficient. It was clean. Good for saving money but I wasn't terribly comfortable, it is tiny and I could hear a motor humming so had to wear my earplugs. There was little communication before I checked in and the lock box didn't work....

La maison est parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfants et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien aménagée, et l’espace de vie, spacieux et joliment décoré, est vraiment agréable. La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide, et nous avons eu droit à une belle surprise à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"
