"We loved this hotel, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world but this one is our favorite. The room was warm, they provided an array of teas and instant cappuccinos. The breakfast was A++++ offering a huge selection of warm and cold breakfast choices, great coffee, and a very welcoming ambiance. "The air conditioning was broken. The lady at the front desk said it was broken for a while but we were not told upon checkin...come to find we were sent an email that same day about the issue as we are traveling abroad we obviously sometimes are out of cell signal. They should have booked us to a nearby hotel. "
