To the rear of the hallway is a small snug which can be used as an office or games room.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, each with sumptuous carpets and comfortable beds. With an abundance of walking routes on the moors nearby and situated on the Dales Cycle Route, Carlton is a popular spot for the outdoor enthusiast. There are several beautiful walks within easy access from Church Manor, and the stunning countryside of Coverdale, Wharfedale and Wensleydale ready for you to explore. At the end of the day the village pub is a gentle 2-minute stroll and a welcoming meeting place for locals and visitors alike, offering local ales and good pub food. If you’re a bit of a foodie there are several more excellent eateries in the area including the award winning bistro in West Witton. There are plenty of attractions to explore including the Forbidden Corner at Midddleham, Aysgarth Falls, Bolton Castle, and the market towns of Leyburn and Hawes are just a short drive away.
