PRIVATE Main-Level Suite for Work & Play

  • Private ground-level suite in West Lethbridge with a separate entrance and no stairs. Perfect for 1-2 guests, this modern retreat is just one block from Nicholas Sheran Park which boasts walk/bike trails, disc golf, fishing, picnicking and a playground. Suite features include a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi, and a 50" Roku TV. Enjoy total privacy in a convenient location just minutes from the YMCA, Cavendish Farms arena, University, Chinook HS, LDS Temple and Paradise Canyon Golf Resort.

    The suite also includes:
    A fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker to start your day right.
    A private thermostat, giving you full control over your own heat.
    A private washer and dryer are available for your convenience upon request.

    The suite is a completely separate unit from the main home, which is occupied by long-term tenants. You will have no shared spaces. We are available to assist you via the app if needed but will otherwise respect your privacy throughout your stay.
