"The duplex is absolutely perfect! Hot water was hot, window unit worked fantastic. Will book this duplex again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect—super convenient to everything in Waterloo while still being in a quiet area. The host was fantastic to work with, providing great communication before and during our stay. They thought of all the little details, and the home was well-stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five...

"We were in town for a softball tournament for my daughter, and the property was just as described. Cold air-conditioning, fast, Internet, and great appliances and sleeping arrangements. My only concern is that there was no hot water for showers. I messaged the owner through the Vrbo app twice and never received a response regarding this. "Family-friendly, clean, great stay! Highly recommend!"

"This is a beautiful old house that has been remodeled and decorated beautifully. It's very clean and would hold a lot of guests. We appreciated that it was pet friendly. And the host answered us quickly when we had questions. I highly recommend it."

"Great stay. Would recommend walking path from road to room entry."

"This was a great place to stay! Our family of 6 with 4 “big” kids had plenty of room and a place like this is better than renting 2 hotel rooms."

"Perfect spot for a little weekend visit to Nashville."
