Also including bottled water, coffee, Tea, basic kitchen spices and needs, Has a full size front loader washer & dryer in the laundry room. Single car carport, Provided a small Weber grill.
located within walking distance of many Mascoutah shops & restaurants. 20 to 25 minutes from down town St Louis. Metro link is 7 miles away located at Scott Air force base, or SWIC. very close to the public pool and Scheve park.
Neighborhood is pretty quiet, very pleasant neighbors, I had lived in Mascoutah since 2010, Very nice town with many events fundraisers, 5k walks, all kinds of things going on through out the year, Nice big park for all to enjoy even your fur babies, nice little dog park available.
Ways around the area:
metro bus stop is two blocks away located on 6th st, or Uber services is available in the area, might have a little longer wait then in the big cities.

The Cozy Corner is a true gem! The home is super comfortable, exceptionally clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is stocked with everything you could need and the property manager, Susan, was very responsive. The house is down the street from a school and park which provided a nice place to walk the dogs. This home was just what we needed to recharge during a long, cross-country drive.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Corner, it was super close to family that we were visiting who are stationed at Scott AFB. The house had everything we needed and was roomy for all 6 of us. Susan was easy to contact and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect night for a quick in and out of town stay. There is a little bar within walking distance that my husband and son went to for a quick beer before bed. Hotels can be hard for a dog so this was exactly what we needed to keep our girl happy.

My son stayed for a few days and said it was very nice and was conveniently located. He and his dog enjoyed having plenty of space and walking distance to dog park and city park. Host was very prompt with answering questions. Definitely recommend if you need a nice and affordable place to stay.

Kitchen has most anything you need. Nice neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and post office. Easy 10 minute drive to Scott AFB. Owner very responsive.

We were in town to do some presentations in the area and this was centrally located. It was perfect for us. The beds were great. Couches were great—we watched a lot of Ted lasso at night. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

If you see the photos you can tell exactly what you're going to get here. It's not a 5-star resort, but the owners have clearly poured a ton of time and effort into transforming this little old house in a functional, convenient place to stay that's just filled with character. I appreciated all the amenities, the wifi worked flawlessly, and the house was well-stocked with everything we might have needed. Thank you so much for letting us stay there!

We needed a place to stay with all our furbabies and the Cozy Corner was perfect for us. It was 5 minutes from our house that we are selling. The home was small but it worked for our needs, had a living area, sleeping area and great internet. Washer and dryer worked great. We could walk across the street food or drive a couple minutes down the road. Close to park, dog park, and any amenities you could need.

We had a good visit. I would like to express that I did find a few things that would have been nice to have been fixed. The second bedroom did have uneven floors where one of the beds was set at a slant. The bathroom had the tub knob that would fall off. The living room was comfortable one of my family enjoyed sleeping on the couch and the recliner. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the cooking equipment we needed. We enjoyed our stay.
