"Il s'agit d'un logement AIRBNB avec une boite à clefs alors que je ne séleccionne que les hôtels avec service. Prise du logement à 16 heures et à 18 heures plus personne ne répond au téléphone, car la responsable se met aux abonnés absents. Aucun moyen de savoir se connecter au Wifi. Ce qui ne change rien parce que le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas et la 5G non plus. Emplacement près du port mais aucun commerce de proximité. Décoration très cheap : carrelage bas de gamme, petite douche, petit...

"We had the nicest time at Hôtel des Dunes, and wish we could have stayed longer! Location was perfect – it felt like a secret hideaway, but easy short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, the dunes etc. We only stayed one night, but loved the simple but chic relaxed vibe, especially for drinks in the central courtyard in the evening. We had a few options for where to stay in Cap Ferret, and are so glad we made the right choice!"

"Cette expérience à rempli toutes mes attentes. Accueil bienveillant. Nous avons séjourné dans le lodge Jaguars. Le lodge est superbe avec des prestations de qualités. Nous avons pu observer le couple de jaguars ainsi que les deux bébés. Le moment avec un soigneur était super. La nourriture que ce soit au dîner ou pour le petit-déjeuner était de qualité et en quantité suffisante. Le lendemain nous avons visité le zoo qui est bien ombragé, propre et les animaux sont respectés."

"Hébergement sale à notre arrivée (toiles d’araignée, araignées, lavabo bouché sol dégoûtant, linge de lit qui sent mauvais ainsi que le linge de toilette, matelas plus que sale !! ) les extérieurs sont mal entretenu tout comme la « plage » du lac qui pourrait être beaucoup plus agréable. Quand aux salles de restauration c’est honteux tables collantes pas lavées après chaque passage, des restes de la veille par terre … malgré avoir prévenu l’accueil à part sourire et dire d’accord pas de soucis...
