"We were comfortable in the room. Our only problem was the loose connections for our converter plugs. We were only able to use two of the 4 outlets in the room--a bit of a problem for 2 people trying to charge phones and ipads. Your staff was excellent and I felt they bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. I would stay there again when I return to Paris."

The highlight was definitely the porch—the views of the Eiffel Tower were seriously unbelievable and even better in person. "As with all Paris hotels the room is tiny but adequate, and there is no lift. Our room was on 3rd floor up narrow steep stairs so if you have any mobility issues at all (I have arthritic knees and hips) maybe this isn't the place for you. Also getting anything larger than a small suitcase up to your room would be a challenge. They don't provide enough tea or sugar and made a big deal when we asked for more which was disappointing. So we bought our own from the local store. But you cannot fault...
