"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Refrigerator not working properly so I didn't use it. Parking spaces were too narrow. Full free breakfast was good. I've stayed there before and would stay again."

"I read mixed reviews however I really liked it they were very concerned about any issues the bathroom Laboratory sink stop her thing wasn't quite right but the rest of the room was very nice the atmosphere was nice now a few of the restaurants were closed down when I was there on a Tuesday night some issues were going on but I think this sorted restaurant sounded very good and the slot machines was excellent in my opinion it had a lot of older games my favorites even though they told me they didn't have a certain game it was there on Treasure ball which was Cobra Hearts. Also had the copy and paste games loje Sparkling Nightlife. I just flat-out liked The Argosy!!"

Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza

"Hotel is in a great location near the Country Club Plaza and all it offers. The only negative is that it could use a facelift, carpet, paint and other updates. Nevertheless, front desk, bar in lounge and restaurants are all quite good. I would definitely stay there again."

Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown by IHG

"Rooms are huge but thermostats don’t seem to work - too cold or too hot. Bathrooms have no towel racks (besides in the shower too close to the dispensers) and only one hook. Gym was well equipped but DESPERATELY NEEDS MULTUPLE STANDING FANS in front of the treadmills. Half of the elevator directional lights didn’t work. Staff doesn’t always clean rooms when requested. Depot cooks got my breakfast order exactly right the last 2 days of my stay. The shuttle that drives guests within 3 miles is no longer offered. Should have hand soap at the sink by the toilet."

"We had a fun time at the GWL. These places are great for the kids. This location is smaller than the others we have stayed at but met our expectations for our trip. As per usual the GWL is pricey but the fun the kids have make the high price point worth it. We went to an MLS game up the street and we were so happy we could walk there and not have to deal with parking and traffic."
