"The hotel is in a fantastic location 5 min walk from Tower of London and tube station. The room was fab and in a quiet location at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is lovely. You order from a menu for the hot breakfast and then there is a self service selection of pastries, fruit and cereals. Would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again when we visit London again."

"The staff were super helpful and always able to answer our questions, or help us out. The property is old, so there are some quirks. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was included which was lovely! They have lots of wonderful breakfast options for most people. We required gluten free and so our options were limited. They were very accommodating regardless! The pub on site was welcoming as well."
