"Staff was amazing and very responsive even after hours! "

"The Edgewater Lodge will serve some well but I personally would not stay there again. Points: (a) It took nearly ½ hour to check in due to short staffing. (b) ‘Standard Room w/ 2 Beds’ layout and structure were good. [Rooms 1-8 are similar floor plans.] (c) The view, looking over the sea toward the Everglades, is great. (d) The room walls are concrete, thus soundproof. But I had neighbors blasting nightclub-volume Latin pop and hip-hop (and jet skis revving in donuts) outside their lodge rooms...

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. "

"Relaxed location on the keys, not too busy and plenty of restaurants nearby and on location to have a different experience each night. Resort had friendly and helpful staff with plenty of activities on site to take advantage of. 2 beautiful pool areas, beach area with various activities available including biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating cabana, sauna & tiki bar. Enjoyed our stay very much! "

"The studio oceanview room had an amazing view. The room felt old and out dated with alot of wear, cracked floors and missing closet doors. I broke my toe on the door stop they left on the floor for the missing door to close against. I have to remove the screws from the floor myself so no one else got injured in it. The mattress in the pull out couch is not very comfortable as the springs are shot and poke out. We did not receive our breakfast we ordered ahead of time on the app. We had to ask...
