The front porch is lovely (with a fan and pretty strung lights), and it was great to have a fenced backyard for my dogs to explore after a long day in the car. The owner was very nice and accommodating, and the little pet door in one of the bedroom doors was adorable! "I had the impression that this was a new home, in great condition. Unfortunately, this home has had some rough treatment. The paint downstairs is marred as well as the staircase. It is a very stark environment with minimal decorating and no colors at all. It is difficult to understand why you would say that the home has four bedrooms with 3 double and 1 king size bed and then not have enough seating in the living room or around the kitchen table.
