"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for going to the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host has put thought into all the little things that make a great stay. Parking was easy and was very close to places to eat and things to do. Our two night stay made it easy. The neighbor is quiet and we felt very safe. Not being "city people" this was important to us. This will be our go to stay for Indianapolis!"

"The space was perfect for our family of four. We were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance. This worked out so well! The parking was a nice bonus and the instructions with pictures were super helpful during the check-in process. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication from the owner was top notch!"

"Rooms were clean, but furniture was very cheap & not very nice . Also, outside of the room/apt, in the lobby area, it smelled of mold/old building , not very nice. "

"This was a comfortable and quiet stay for our weekend trip to see the Indiana Fever. Super walkable to everything downtown has to offer, including Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Safe area, plenty to do and see nearby. The apartment was clean and the building was very quiet. The location was great. "
