The handicap seat on the tub was loose and unsafe.The floor was dirty around the beds and all corners of the room and the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose and the bathroom door needs to be painted on both sides.The TV and the refrigerator were cleaned with a dirty rag from the looks of the surfaces.Cobwebs on the mirror frame. but the towels and the bedding were clean. I left after the first night they agreed to fefund me in full .I paid $171.36 and have not seen the refund yet. I have photos of the room. "
