"The construction of the thousand year old building was amazingly beautiful! The park like grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was firm, like most beds in Italy. I have to say though the pillows were the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on. They were fat hard rubber pillows. 😩 "

"Great pool, beautifull garden. Limited electricity capacity. This doesn't cause any problems if you have 3 of the 4 air conditioners running simultaneously. Michael was a friendly host, lives next door but was invisible and modestly present if you need him."

"This is Villa is beautiful! The photos do not do it justice. The pool and garden is particularly stunning. We were so pleased we booked this place. And Corrado (our contact for the villa) was so helpful-he bought us dinner for the first night as we did not arrive until late, he booked us local restaurants which were excellent and he regularly checked in with us to make sure we were ok. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this villa for anyone visiting the area. It was a good location to get to Brindisi and the local town Mesagne was lovely. We also visted Ostuni and Lecce while we were there and they were not far. It also has an excellent supermarket only 10 minutes drive away. "
