It was a huge bonus to have transportation already arranged for our transfers from the airport to the property and it allowed us to get ourselves sorted out after long travel days. The welcome basket awaiting us provided all sorts of treats during our stay and JesusEnmanuel, the concierge, responded promptly to any concerns or questions that we had."
