The orientation of the rooms towards the water promises you a large window façade and plenty of natural light. The spacious living room will be the central meeting point for your family. Snuggle up on the sofas, light the fireplace or dine at the dining table with a sea view.



Believe your eyes when you step out onto the wooden terrace, because the sea and the coast are right at your feet. Enjoy the sun and watch your children climb over the rocks in the garden. Have a barbecue in the evening and linger for a long time with a glass of wine and this fantastic view.



In the Tjodalyng region, the village of Ula is picturesquely situated on the Norwegian coast and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding forests. The beach is sandy and ideal for swimming, sunbathing and picnicking. Plan activities such as hiking and cycling on the well-marked trails as well as fishing and boat trips along the coast. For excursions, we recommend visiting the nearby town of Larvik with its historical sights and Bøkeskogen, one of Norway's oldest beech forests. You can also visit Sandefjors and relax in this idyllic setting with a wide range of leisure activities.
