"We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a note saying where to find a phone to call reception. This was answered straight away. The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. "Room clean and the right size for a family of 4. Staff helpful and good breakfast. Main issue was the lack of AC in one of the hottest weeks in Germany. Probably is better not to go during the summer."
