"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is on a very central location, with easy access to the main London attractions. The only negative is the rooms positions: if tou get a basement or first floor apartment, forget the view. The window, in one of our apartments could not be opened and was blanked, so no view at all."

"I stayed here for four nights. The location is excellent, close to Hyde Park and the Queensway Underground station, making it easy to get around London. Unfortunately, my experience was let down by an issue with the room. On my first night, the air conditioning wasn’t working during the middle of a heat wave. I was told there were no other rooms available until the following day and was offered a complimentary buffet breakfast as compensation. Personally, I didn’t feel that adequately made up...

"I arrived to my room on a sunny day to find a broken fan. I quickly called reception but proceeded to sweat for 30 mins as I kept waiting and calling for a replacement. Later, it took almost two hours to receive a iron once again after repeated asks. Then, on both Saturday and Sunday mornings I was woken up by the housekeeping with a knock on the door to clean the room at 9am. The hotel uses single use plastics and provided body wash containers which were way too small. Breakfast was inedible....
