We booked this place very last-minute and found it surprisingly affordable and pet friendly. We didn’t expect much given the price, but it’s absolutely amazing! It has everything we needed for our stay, and we’ll definitely book again next time we’re in the area

I stayed at this place and would definitely stay again. It’s perfect for kids and great for exploring the area. Even when there’s snow, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy it. Inside, the bed was comfortable, the place stayed nicely warm, and everything you need for your stay was provided. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the mountains. 10 out of 10

We had a wonderful stay at Arrowhead Ranch Retreat and Conference Center with our family, including a young child and grandparents. The property is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, surrounded by trees and a very relaxing mountain atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the common areas were perfect for a family stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor spaces — the fire pit, seating areas, and overall layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. It felt safe and quiet, which was great for traveling with a child. The location is also a big plus. It’s close to Lake Arrowhead Village, making it very convenient to go out for meals, short walks, and sightseeing, while still feeling tucked away from crowds. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, this is an excellent choice for families or multi-generational trips looking for a calm, comfortable retreat in Lake Arrowhead. We would definitely stay here again.

We came in at night and had trouble finding our room in the dark. Angel, property manager, answered our message right away met us outside in the heavy rain and escorted us to our room. Room was clean and cozy. 10/10 experience! We will be back!

The room was good - clean, nice, new bathroom, new floors. Stuff met us as we parked and explained where to go and how to get in. Location is perfect - really close to the lake and all necessary shops. On the down side - no table and chairs (we had to eat on the sofa), no curtains (their blinds pass outside light and it was fairly bright in the room), light switch turned on all the lights in the room (we put a baby to sleep in one corner of the room and had to turn the light off completely because otherwise he would not fall asleep), the room had a table lamp we wanted to use but it did not work unfortunately. And the bed was size full though description said king. Overall, I would recommend this place. Thank you

The room was so cute and fairly clean. The only down side was that the pool and jacuzzi were not maintained, were dirty and green so we could not use them. The room is advertised for 3 people max but the bed did not even fit two people comfortably. Our room door did not lock at all. The staff member showed us how to lock it by pulling it close to lock but even when we put our body weight it could still be opened when we pushed it without the passcode. We had to put our luggage by the door so we could feel a little safe. Also the toilet paper smelled like urine, luckily we brought our own. Aside from that everything else was wonderful. The area is gorgeous, surrounded by nature and very close to the town center. We also loved that the parking was close to our room and the little hiking trail.

Room was clean, stocked with snacks, and warm. I stayed in a standard cabin- which had a TV, fridge, coffee maker, and private bathroom. The shower gets really hot, and toiletries were provided + shampoo/conditioner. The cabin is standalone with a numerical lock, nestled in between trees that truly gives you an immersive experience. Although my stay was short, I can confidently say I will definitely be coming back. It truly is a peaceful, and overall great retreat.

I've been here before and always enjoy it. The room is super clean and cozy and warm. The TV was huge. Very comfortable King bed. I really like the location surrounded with all the tall trees, a short walk to Lake Arrowhead Village and the lake. It's really worth the price.

The room was really nice and clean. We had everything we needed. It was a nice cozy cabin that I've been bragging to all my friends about. I have recommended multiple times and we're definitely planning to go back We truly enjoy our time.And we are so satisfied that we are definitely planning to go by back this summer

I recently stayed at the Arrowhead Ranch Retreat. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained and surrounded by nature. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere makes it a perfect place for retreats or a quite getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in a scenic mountain environment. It is also so close to lake and city.

It was a nice room, shower great. But I paid $30.00 extra for the fireplace. There was no lighter, matches, and I made 3 calls, leaving 2 messages with no return call. Also spoke to customer service and still no onsite manager. I want my refund if $30.00

This location was absolutely prime! The cabin was easy to check into, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. It was clean, cozy, and stocked with all the necessities we needed for a comfortable stay. The area felt very safe and was conveniently close to everything. We were also grateful to be accommodated with an early check in, and the response time was incredibly quick. Overall, a wonderful experience, we would definitely stay here again!
