"Pro: breakfast was great. That’s the only thing we liked about this place. Cons: very loud, walls and ceiling are paper thin and amplify sound. We could hear the person above us turn over on their bed! Claims to be queen beds, but they are actually only full size. Not that comfortable. Overall we would not stay here again. "

Reviewer Comments: The seven adult members of my family aged to 80 were very comfortable in this spacious four-bedroom home, a mountain view of the Monterey airport and convenient location to WeatherTech, Laguna Seca. Large kitchen that included a porch with a propane barbecue grill which we had use of. Driveway parking for two vehicles and we parked two vehicles on the street in front of the house with no problem. Everyone slept well so I assume all the beds were comfortable."

We were happy with our stay. Morning view was beautiful as we went during spring time. Close to Del Monte center if you want to eat out as it has brand name stores, theaters, spa and many food choices. Safeway is 10 minute drive if you want groceries. Highly recommended this house if you are visiting Monterey & Carmel area. House is definitely worth 5 stars."

"We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay."
