Clean & Comfortable Rooms: The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The beds provide a great night's sleep, and rooms come equipped with helpful amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. A huge plus for anyone traveling with dogs—the hotel is exceptionally welcoming to pets! Definitely a plus!! A great reliable, clean, and comfortable choice in the Buffalo/Amherst area."

"Too long to respond to requests. TV wasn’t fix after being requested during check in. Staff said they came at 5pm while I’m gone. But i checked in at 3pm. Took 2hrs to respond. No follow up."

"The room was decent. They did not offer continental breakfast like Expedia advertised but the hotel emailed me about that. They need more lighting in the parking lot for safety purposes. Staff was nice. Parking lot could be cleaner but we understand they seemed short staffed. The room was decent for the price we paid."
