"Perfect , super clean and convenient "

"The first room I was given was a mess. There was a pretty serious leak around the window with water steadily dripping in, and the drywall around it was crumbling. It was bad enough that I had to ask for a different room right away. The second room wasn’t much better. It didn’t feel clean, the desk chair had a white stain on it and was broken and wobbly, and the window was super drafty and made a constant whistling noise. There was also more crumbling drywall around the window, and the TV didn’t even work. Walking through the hotel, I kept hearing staff arguing and yelling at each other, which just added to the overall uncomfortable feeling. I ended up leaving early and didn’t stay my second night. Management didn’t seem too concerned and didn’t offer any kind of refund. Overall, this place might be a 2-star hotel on a good day. I wouldn’t trust the reviews based on my experience."

"Wonderful hotel!!!! Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff, cannot ask for more. Great restaurant and bar too!!! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality I just wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, but smelled like wet dog. Our room didn’t have a functioning window, so I couldn’t air it out. We asked for bedding for the sofa bed and it didn’t arrive until 1 in the morning…I did enjoy the shower along with the complimentary body wash and lotion. Indoor parking was a plus! We only stayed one night, but I don’t think I’d stay for longer."

"Comfy rooms that are nicely styled. Really convenient location, especially if your flight is really early ( the shuttle starts at 6) you can walk to the airport in under 15 minutes. Staff at the bar were good and the gym was nice. The pool is okay but in need some of love (renovation/deep clean). "
