The only complaint is that the phone to call reception didn't work - a minor concern. The free shuttle to and from the airport is frequent and reliable, and the hotel wifi was fast and stable. All round, a great stay."

"The room was clean, and the staff were amazingly kind. The hotel's exterior resembled an art museum, and in some rooms, opening the door revealed the hallway. It was an interesting experience. The breakfast area was especially spacious and pleasant, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea with family."
